A Thousand Words (Part 4: Monduli)

Around Arusha they have fake Maasai villages that tourists can go to. I didn't want to do that, so I ended up going with this guy Vincent to his home to see how people actually live when they're not just acting for foreigners.
 They made me dress up like this. I didn't really want to.

 Young men have to wear black (or just Western clothes) before they reach puberty. Only after they go through the 'manhood' ceremony can they wear the traditional red cloth.
